SilverLyons, the artist, retains all copyrights over premade packs and the pack content(s). 
SilverLyons reserves the right to post premade works to showcase SilverLyons' work in online portfolios, social medias, or in advertising of services.
You may use the premade packs and pack contents as its intended use on Twitch & Discord for personal online use ONLY.

• Single Stock Packs will come with a preapproved social media graphic for posting with proper attribution (you may not alter or crop out the attribution).

You may NOT falsely represent that you or any other entity are the origial creator of the premade packs or the pack content(s).
For personal online use ONLY and cannot be used for any commercial use. 
Resale and redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Digital goods are sold AS IS.
You may NOT alter the premade pack content(s) without the consent of the copyright owner.

• Edits/alterations are offered after purchase for an additional fee. The amount of the additonal fee is based on an hourly wage. 

NO chargebacks or refunds of any product after purchase/download due to their digital nature.  

• Any attempt to do so you will have broken the terms of the agreement and SilverLyons regains rights to resell the product. Any attempt of continued use of the chargebacked/refunded product will have broken Copyright Law. 

You may NOT infringe on the copyrights. Copyright infringement is a federal crime, and is when a person or entity breaks the rules of copyright by using another person's work without their permission. This is true whether the person did so knowingly or by mistake.

By purchasing and/or downloading a premade digital product from SilverLyons you hearby understand and agree to the full terms and the refunds/chargeback policy stated above. As well as any additional terms on digital items provided in their description.
