How will I receive my digital product download?
Shortly after purchasing a digital product a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at purchase. The incoming email will be from Sellfy (be sure to check your spam folder) and will include a download button as well as a link. From the link you will have another download button which will extract the digital product files to your device. 

What should I do if I lose my digital product?
If you need to re-download your purchase please contact me providing the same email you used to purchase the digital product (for verifying your purchase) and use “Resend Request” as the subject. In the message body we require you to provide the product name (for quick look up and verifying) and the reason for your resend request. You should expect a resend of your digital product download for FREE. 

How can I purchase with a credit card?
Currently the Sellfy store is only accepting payments through PayPal at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you for taking interest in purchasing premade graphics from SilverLyons.

What are P2U premade products?
P2U stands for "Pay to Use" and are premade digital products that are an even cheaper option than single stock premades, however these products can and will be sold/used by multiple customers. This means multiple streams/channels can use the same product through purchasing, granting a non-exclusive, necessary rights to use license on the premade products. P2U premade products still have no wait for turnaround times still making them a great afforadable option.

What are single stock premade products?
Single stock premades are digital products that are already designed and ready to upload. They are a cheaper option when compared to commissioning custom designs with no wait for turnaround times. They are limited to a one time purchase (only sold once), still providing unique graphics for users. Following the immediate sale of a single stock premade product, that product will remain on the Sellfy.com/SilverLyons store, but will no longer be available to purchase. The products "Add to cart" button will be removed and replaced with a disabled grayed-out "Out of stock" button.

Do you take commissions?
